Beginning December 21, 2024, the additional person fee will be $100 per person, per night. Kindly note that children under 5 years old are NOT allowed at the resort.

Booking & Payment Policy

A deposit in the amount of 1 night, pre-tax, is required to confirm your booking. The balance due of rent and 12.5% USVI government tax, plus applicable credit card fees must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to your arrival. All final payments made by credit card will be charged an additional 5% credit card fee. Final payments made by check must be received in full at least 60 days prior to arrival payable to “Gallows Point Resort” and sent to “GPR Reservations Department PO Box 58 St. John, VI 00831”. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival can be paid via credit card only. All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made IN WRITING and sent to us by email or fax.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We will refund all payments made in full provided you cancel 31 or more days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable, cannot be applied to a future stay, and are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the gross rent plus applicable credit card fees. A Gallows Point Resort cancellation number is the only proof of an authorized cancellation. No refunds for early departures will be issued. Cancellation policy is enforced so we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance (you may try www.travelsecure.com or www.travelguard.com). All rates are subject to change.
